How to make seafood fried rice?

Yummy Seafood Fried Rice By: Bernice Chong     Ingredients: - 1 1/2 cups of uncooked white rice - 3 cups of water - 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil - peas - 1 1/2 cooked shrimp without tail - salt - egg - carrots - soy sauce (little bit only) Tools: - tablespoon - measuring cup - frying pan - bowl - oven Directions: 1. First, in a frying pan or wok, boil the water. Add rice and stir. Reduce heat, cover and leave the heat on very low for 2 minutes. 2. Next, heat a big wok for 2 minutes. When the wok is hot, pour in vegetable oil, carrots and peas. Cook for 3 minutes. 3. Then mix in cooked rice and shrimp and cook for another 3 minutes. 4. Mix in eggs, vegetable oil, salt, and soy sauce. Cook for 4 minutes, stir Non-stop until eggs are cooked and everything is mixed evenly.
