They can pay proportionally more in the states and local taxes to the rich. People are slaves, and they don't access to technology and education. People It changed by how people saw their culture. It changed by African Americans by a not nice condition and also, they have emancipation proclamation. Emancipation is the process of giving people social and political freedom and rights. I would be sometimes nervous because, a lot of subjects in high school were always hard for me, but I will try my best on it.
