Artknit Thornhill Articles: How does religion shape the way I have live by Bernice Chong

Religion shapes the way that I live on how I follow the rules, and makes my decisions everyday. Religions give you guidelines to help you choose what you do everyday. Not everyone follows the same religion as me, and that is okay. Everyone has different religions, and they don't follow how I live. A rule is something that everyone must follow. When you do not follow the rules, you might get in jail.  Or sometimes, you might read types of books like the Bible (used in Christianity), they have passages and verses that you might do in everyday life.

For example, when you enter church, you have to be modest, but do not dress revealing. This is a rule that is used in Christianity. Religion shapes me by different rules, different beliefs, and helps to make decisions everyday. My religion is Christianity and Catholicism. My rules of my religion is dress modestly in church. Like don`t wear revealing clothing like crop tops. So another example are their rules. Religion teaches me, by following the rules. When I am going to sunday school, I have saw one of the 10 commandments: it was “obey your parents.” So obeying your parents means being respectful to your parents. It means we can follow what our parents say. This is a example of teaching. Religion also teaches me, how should I treat my friends and treat other people. I can treat my friends by respecting them or being nice to them. So, Jesus taught me how to live. For example, you can find hope and positive mindsets. For example, when you are moving to a new school, I don't have to be afraid of everything. This is how religion shapes my life.

Artknits Thornhill articles: Lets learn about cells!

So, the cell theory states that living things consist of cells, that a cell is the basic structural and function the unit of life. And they are all cells come from pre-existing cells. So, scientist have been study living things for over 400 years. Later, the development of the microscope allows scientist to see cells for the first time because, it was hard to see. So, they can develop the cell theory by basic characteristics, of living things. You have to learn cells from other living things because, you have to learn what is the cell is look like, of its size or complexity. And it reminds us of studying of how living things work.

These are Bernice's cue cards for her hunger project: Part 2

In the 2016 “Who’s Hungry Report,” from “Daily Bread Food Bank, they say “People who live in a disability, and those having a body with a specific kind.” Those people who lived in the entire lives in Canada, and those who were immigrants.   People were struggled  with a lack of income and increasing high costs of shelter and food.  Many who are struggling do not access any food program at all due to stigma, not knowing about them or inability to access them because of lack of money for transit or lack of physical accessibility. Yet we do know that for tens of thousands of people across Toronto, the food bank has become part of their social safety net.  Aside from those important trends, poverty and hunger cut across all demographic boundaries. More and more in Toronto, they include those with both high and low levels of education. Those who are working and those who are not.  Fighting for hunger means to me is to fight is to reduce poverty, ...

What is the word "Auditory" means, and why it is a learning style?

Whatever your strongest Learning Styles results are, the best way to learn something is to try using all three Learning Style approaches whenever you can. Because different activities use different parts of our brain, when we try different approaches to learn or do the same thing, our minds do a better job of mastering it. So, it means to relate to the sense of hearing. It relates to the tings that we hear.
