What is curling: facts (question edition) and its rules ?

 Curling is a type of sport that is played on ice. The game was played by big, rounded, flat rocks are slide across the surface that will go to a point. Players who wanted to do curling should use curling brooms to sweep the surface of the ice in the path of the rock to have power for its speed and direction.  Here are some rules for curling:  1. The team that has the most rocks is closed to the curling bullseye to score points. 2. To increase speed, you must place your "Skip's" rock in front of the hack.  3. What is pickleball and its rules?

 Pickleball is a sport that is mixed with badminton, tennis, and ping pong. Pickleball can be played both indoors and outdoors. It is a game that is played with short-handed paddles and a small plastic ball that is pierced with holes. The pickleball net is lower than 34 inches. And every game is played to score 11 points or more. In pickleball, the net is low and it was played by 2 players or 4 players. Here are some rules for pickleball:  1. The game is played after a coin toss for which person was going first. 2. When the player strikes a net, that means it is a "Let", it means you have to do it again. 3. The ball should be served in a diagonal direction and it should be done underhandedly with the paddle below your waist and your feet should be behind the line.  4. If playing doubles, only the player that served the ball can give back the ball. If the ball is touched by the player`s partner, it increases the score on the serving side.  5. Bernice`s speech: what does it mean to be healthy?

    My personal definition of being healthy means eating healthy foods, getting enough sleep, reducing anxiety, and doing exercise. First, I think it is important to eat healthy foods. According to "CSEP", they say that teens between the ages of 14 - 17 should sleep around 8 - 10 hours each night. When you sleep, your body can grow and you need some rest. When you sleep, you maintain good health. When you get good sleep, you decrease the risk of heart disease, stroke, and other diseases. Sleep helps to mend your heart. If you do not have good sleep, you might increase the risk of heart diseases, stroke, and other diseases. Or, sometimes you have thinking issues if you can`t sleep or you cannot focus. It is important for me to eat healthy foods because according to "Canada`s Food Guide," you have to eat a balanced meal and you cannot eat too many salty foods like chips and French fries from "Mcdonald's." Why is "Sir John A. Macdonald" important to us?

 Sir John A. Macdonald was very important to all fellow Canadians. He is also a Canadian politician, a lawyer, and a world leader. He did a lot of wonderful things for us about why Canada is a good country to live in. When he was 15, he travelled to Toronto to gain a law degree to support his family. He is also controlling for protecting most of the territories that Canada controls.  Also, he is expanding the railway. He has worked to make the entry of "Prince Edward Island" safe for us. Also, he has made Canada very big for us to live in. So, that's why this man is important for us.
