Hi everybody, we are going to talk about why social media affect teenagers. Many adults used social media, also. Did you know more than a third of teenagers used social media?Ok, lets talk about it. For teenagers, social media becomes more addictive. Social media affects teenagers by thinking of social media, the most. For example, the “likes” button. According to people who were researching, the part of the brain shows that answers, where we can put photos that people who loves or wins money. Their health issues spend too much online. They might cause them hard to focus at school, because, they are thinking about social media, the most. Lets learn the other reasons, that teenagers affect social media.


The first one we are talking about is posting bad stuff on social media. Some teens love to show their private part like breasts and others. When teens post this type of photo on social media, they have no impact, that is given to that photo. Instead, teens think they might press the like button because, they don’t know about how to use social media properly. Here are some solutions of it: press the report button: the website police, and when it did not work, you can press the arrow button. Can you see the red arrow? These are the buttons that you press.


The second one we are talking about is sexting (bad for schoolwork and work). Did you know teens love the “Sext?” Yes, teens sext. Sexting means to talk about sex, putting photos, that are relating to sext. So, teenagers have diffuclty having sex regulating their screen time, their risks can increase. Sexting is one of the things in social media involving digital communication, and making negative things makes it guilty, at the times. Here are some solutions: To solve this problem, you have to tell a grown up, or call the police, that who was 18 years old older (18+), for help about issue. So, this is illegal. To solve this problem, you can have a conversation with your parents, about the post.


The third one we are talking about is bad websites send inappropriate information. Did you know this happens on my computer always? Yes, my chromebook because, I have saw someone sending me inappropriate information, and a picture of a women lying on her bed showing her body. And one thing they have sent me foul language. Sometimes, teens are experiencing too much with social media. People should only post positive things on social media, but not on social media. Teenagers think about inappropriate information is perfect online. Teens think inappropriate information thinks it better, to go to bad websites. A lot of inappropriate websites send bad information, and it makes you electronic device to have viruses. Did you know what we discussed about the teens brain earlier? Yes, social media makes teens have a hard time focusing in school, or at home. And also, it might cause them not being, in a real world. Here are some solutions: Please, do not click on any bad website links like  “Congratulations, you have won the contest. Please go to this link, to get your prize. Or, You have to the anti-virus app, to scan any bad things or viruses, on you computer. You can solve it by, not clicking on the links, that you don’t know about because, it might cause computer viruses. 


The forth one we are talking about is stranger safety. A lot of teens don’t know that people who are good and bad. They just click on the follow button, and teens did not really care, that hey are good or bad. Their brain was not in a real world. Safe strangers are people, who can ask for help, when they need it. But some strangers, are not really nice online. When you are trying to follow on social media, follow someone you know or good strangers. Here are some solutions for it: You have to go to the personal privacy settings, and you have to change them to suit. Sometimes, you have to make you social media account private. Or, you have to be careful, on what you have post, online. Those solutions are helpful!

The last one we are going to talk about is do not download things and post them as your own work without crediting them. This means if people were to take others work, then we need to credit them in our work. If people are not crediting the work they took from people, that means they are stealing others work. Teens did not know how to talk to others on social media, so they have to do it. Here is one solution: you have to click on the report button.
