  2. Sometimes, you might just have a lot going on with your schedule: Lighten your load day cutting out the things that make you feel overwhelmed. Schedule time to just kick back and relax. And also, make time with your activities.

  3. Take care of your body: Make smart decisions for your body. Get enough sleep each night. And eat healthy foods! Being active is another way to cope with stress. It helps you to improve your mood.

  4. Use positive self-talk: Use positive self-talk to encourage yourself. Next time, when you are feeling stressed out, you can say: “I know, I can do it.”

  5. Talk to a friend or an adult: Ask if you are able to speak with someone-like a counselor.
